I went to rehab 12.5 years ago because I was drinking myself to death.

BUT now I’m a successful fitness business owner and coach.

Over the last decade I have been on a massive journey of transformation and I’m living proof that you CAN achieve what you want in life, whatever the odds.

And today I’m going to help you with something that so many people I come across struggle with…

… and thats ‘stinking thinking‘.

Consider this statement for a moment…

‘Your best thinking got you to where you are now’

For instance if you have been a member of every gym in town but you’re still a million miles away from the results that you want…

…or you’ve been on every diet around (and repeated a fair few) but you still feel fat and tired, then somethings not working, right?

And its your ‘thinking’ that needs an overhaul, not the gyms or the diets!

Albert Einsten famously said, ‘The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results’

So are you? Doing the same things over and over again?

We are creatures of habit so dont think that your the only one going around in circles.

And we always go for the easiest option – thats human nature and an inbuilt survival mechanism.

So whats the answer?

Simply put, build habits that serve you well, rather than ones that dont.

And the more habits you build that serve you well, the better your thinking will be…

…and the better your thinking, the better the decisions you make and so on.

Its simple really but we tend to make it very hard for ourselves.

So how do you go about changing your ‘thinking’?

Well first of all you need to gain an awareness around the ‘thoughts’ going on in your head.

So my challenge to you is to start writing them down and looking for patterns.

Do this for a week and I guarantee you will start gaining an awareness around your ‘thinking’ patterns and this will allow you to start addressing them and move forward.
