Semi private training is for motivated men and women who want some personal attention and value the expertise of a having a coach to guide them.
But they also want the supportive atmosphere of training with other men and women with similar goals, to help keep them on track and accountable.
Our typical semi private client is motivated but wants an extra level of help and support to ensure they hit their goals and maintain their results.
How does it work?
Semi Private Personal Training delivers many of the benefits of 1-2-1 training, but without the price tag associated with it.
You follow a structured training format and there can be up to 3 other men and women training at the same time as you in the studio.
Plus you all have your own personal plan, with 1 coach overseeing all of you.
And the focus will be on more of the big hitters backed up with interval, circuit and core training as appropriate
By big hitters we mean exercises such as weighted squats, deadlifts and various presses.
ie: weight training.
You may think that training with weights will just make you bulky and that to get the results you want you have to spend hours on running on treadmills
But the reality is that hitting the weights mixed with circuit based training is far more effective when it come to fat loss and getting a leaner, tighter and more toned body.
4 Week Foundation
This programme is ideal if you are looking for a high level of coaching, support and accountability with 2 semi private sessions per week.
This is comprehensive 4 week package addressing all things fitness, nutrition and mindset, that will give you great results and a strong foundation moving forward.
Semi private training is £199 per month, but join is for a 4 Week Foundation first with 50% OFF (so you pay just £99) to see what our training can do for you.

Edric Kennedy-Macfoy is a Health and Fitness coach, a yoga, Breathwork and meditation teacher working with people to help them achieve total fitness through adopting a healthy and active lifestyle.
With over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, Ed specialises in HIIT, circuit training, body sculpting, conditioning, fat loss, body building and pad work. When it comes to training he emphasises a balanced and holistic approach which incorporates physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

There is no obligation to stay with us after your 4 Week Foundation, but it will give you a really good idea about how we do things and you'll get some great results too!
