You follow a structured training format and there can be up to 3 other men and women training at the same time as you in the studio.
Plus you all have your own personal plan, with 1 coach overseeing all of you.
And the focus will be on more of the big hitters backed up with interval, circuit and core training as appropriate
By big hitters we mean exercises such as weighted squats, deadlifts and various presses.
ie: weight training.
You may think that training with weights will just make you bulky and that to get the results you want you have to spend hours on running on treadmills
But the reality is that hitting the weights mixed with circuit based training is far more effective when it come to fat loss and getting a leaner, tighter and more toned body.
