Paired Personal Training
Paired Personal Training offers you many of the benefits of 1-2-1 training but at a lower cost and you share your time with 1 other person.
You'll follow a structured training format and this will be a mix of core, strength, cardio and corrective exercise appropriate to your goals.

1 to 3 sessions per week
Payment monthly in advance

Train with Ed

Edric Kennedy-Macfoy is a Health and Fitness coach, a yoga, Breathwork and meditation teacher working with people to help them achieve total fitness through adopting a healthy and active lifestyle.
With over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, Ed specialises in HIIT, circuit training, body sculpting, conditioning, fat loss, body building and pad work. When it comes to training he emphasises a balanced and holistic approach which incorporates physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
If you have a desire for total fitness and to increasingly become a better version of yourself, I would love to help you achieve and sustain your goals.
