What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I’ve been training for 6 weeks now and I enjoy the 3x a week starting at 6am as it sets me up for the day. I enjoy the small group training without the competitiveness as we are all supportive of each other. I find the trainers helpful without being intrusive and often add extra helpful hints - so far this has been Kieran and Paul. I have noticed improvements and cant believe I’m now skipping and doing a plank for 90secs! The program is challenaging ensuring there are options if it appears too hard however that then gives you the extra incentive to improve.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
I have before been a memeber of a gym though did not stick it out. I do spin each week and again this program compares favourably as it is challenging without forcing you to fail.
How did you feel before you started?
I was nervous before I started on if I would be able to stick the program.
How do you feel now?
Excellent- if not tired and often a little sore but then I take it that I have tried.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
I am definitely fitter and stronger - sleep is improving and mentally I feel ready for anything!
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
Try it and see how it can change your life - just give it a go for a week.
