What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
Training as part of a group and with different trainers each day. This makes each class different yet enjoyable. I have just started my sixth week and am loving the improvement in tone and fitness already.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
I have never tried others as was always scared of being in with people far fitter than I was.
How did you feel before you started?
Sluggish, tired and lacking motivation.
How do you feel now?
Far more energetic and sleeping better than I have in years.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Physically I am regaining muscle tone plus sleeping better. Mentally I am much happier. Joining a group where I knew nobody was a big step for me and my friends didn't think I would do it. Now, they know not to expect me to accept invitations to social events on Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays!
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
