What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I've been with the 40+FC for five weeks now, and thoroughly enjoy the sessions....although at the time I might feel different to that statement, but I know it's doing me good!
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
This is the first gym work I have ever done since school....and I'm reaching the grand age of 60 this June!!!
How did you feel before you started?
Lethargic, and not really motivated, and knew I was just generally not fit.
How do you feel now?
Full of vigor, just feel so much better in myself and sleeping better!
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Bingo wings have all but gone. Walking is easier, a firmness in my chest and stomach.
My 15 year old son says I seem happier since joining....it's him who nagged me to join a gym.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
Give it a try, there's no pressure and you're not competing with anyone. Everyone there is in the same position as you, and we all encourage each other.
Plus I'm the only guy in our class, and the ladies and trainers are fantastic.
