What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?

I have been training for about 8 weeks now and I love it! The trainers are great and I like the variety of exercises. It's nice to see regular faces in the group and grow (and suffer) with them!


How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?

I have attended many different classes/gyms in the past and had different experiences, positive and negative. I particularly like that this is a 40+ group as I find it less intimidating and judgemental and don't feel that I have to keep up to unrealistic goals. The fact that it is about 45 minutes long works really well for me and although it is hard work, it's fast pace and challenging but over with before you realise!


How did you feel before you started?

I struggle with my sleep and energy levels sometimes and the fact that I'm not getting any younger is always on my mind. The importance of keeping some level of fitness and toning in particular rather than weight loss is my personal goal.


How do you feel now?

I find that I ache A LOT! I am obviously working on muscles that haven't been challenged for quite a while! I am sleeping better and my energy levels are improving. I look forward to going to each session and hate missing any but sometimes life gets in the way!


What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?

Apart from aching...all very positive. I have noticed bits and pieces are beginning to feel a lot more toned and my stamina is improving over time. Sleeping better is always a plus and knowing that I am now doing something positive always helps mentally.


What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?

Just go for it! There are no negatives only positives and you are not alone!
