What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I have been training with you now for 6 weeks but the time has flown so it might actually be longer!
I love the variety of each session, the mix of trainers who all have their own individual take/ideas on exercises and of course I enjoy the company of my fellow victims!!
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
I have only been a member of a gym where you choose what you want to do so you never really do the exercises you should do - human nature to do what you find easiest. Also I hate the posers that go to “normal” gyms which are also very often like a dating place!
How did you feel before you started?
After not having been able to exercise for over a year because of sciatica I was very out of condition and out of confidence.
How do you feel now?
Brilliant! Confidence is returning, along with fitness - and shape!
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
My weight is slowly coming back off, my fitness is returning and mentally I am in a much better place! Exercise is great for the mind as well as body.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
Do it! It’s fun and great for you at the same time! Nothing is impossible, trainers will always adapt exercises that you find a little tough - at the moment! Life is too short not to be fit and have some fun.
