So what's the cost of this Programme?

To train with us on a personal 1-2-1 basis costs around £40 per session, so 3 sessions per week over 6 weeks would cost £720....

However, this is a group personal training programme and delivers great results like 1-2-1, personal training, but the cost will NOT be £720.

In fact the entire 6 week programme with 3 sessions per week is just £99.

Which works out at  £5.50 per session.

What Happens After Your Blitz

There is no obligation to stay with us after your 6 Week Blitz, but it will give you a really good idea about how we do things and you'll get some great results too!

Monthly Membership - £59
3 group sessions per week

We use Stripe for one off payments and GoCardless to take monthly recurring payments.

We run a progressive, results and commitment focused group programme and regret that we do not offer pay as you go or part time memberships.

Our programme runs to a 46 week format.

So you are only charged for 46 weeks out of 52 and to keep it simple this is divided into 12 monthly payments.

That leaves 6 weeks for which you are not charged.

WHO is this REALLY for?

We specialise in training men and women who are motivated to take control of their health and fitness and get into shape for the longterm and are looking to train in a supportive, progressive and fun environment

There are 3 coached sessions each week and this is a results and commitment focused programme

And while we understand, that other stuff goes on in life and you might not be able to make every session, if you are just looking for pay as you go or can only make 1 or 2 sessions a week, then this is not the right choice for you

Where are the sessions and how long are they?

The sessions are in the 40 Plus Fitness Club studio:
Unit 5, Beckery Road, Glastonbury, Somerset, BA6 9NX

Our sessions are 40 minutes on average

When does the programme start?

Your 6 weeks starts on the Monday you begin and runs until the end your 6th week, unless other wise specified

What do I need to wear and bring with me? And what facilities are there? And how about parking?

We suggest that you wear comfortable training kit and trainers. A small towel is also a good idea and you should always bring a bottle of water with you. There is a toilet and changing area but no showers

Parking – we are situated on a communal yard and there is usually always space to park outside the studio if you come to our 6am, 6pm or 7pm sessions.

Please note we provide parking but we are not obligated to provide parking for everyone and the yard is communal and open to everyone who uses it, but please take note of the notes below and remember finding a space to park is yours and not our responsibility.

If you attend our 9am sessions and there is no space along the fence line outside the studio then you can park on the left hand side of the yard as you drive in opposite Hazy Maes auctions.

Also if you attend at 9.30am we suggest you try to arrive early to get a space or park on the roads outside the yard, for instance by the Tor school as there are no yellow lines.

The 2 big units alongside Dowden motors require 24 hour access and please don’t park in front of the Garage next door to us while they are open between 8.30am and 5.30am

Dowdens Motors will try to move as many cars as they as and when they can.

The 40 Plus Fitness Club signage along the fence line is simply to help keep the area as clear as possible bt people ropping their cars at the garage.

Is this suitable for beginners as I haven't exercised for a while?

Many of our clients are concerned that they are not fit enough to start, but thats just a normal fear and you will see noticable changes to your fitness, strength and overall well-being within your first 6 weeks with us.

The training we do is quite high intensity and challenging, but you will not be expected to work beyond your own abilities

Our workouts are designed to get you results and we offer alternatives for exercises where appropriate and all our sessions are coached

Overall if you are motivated and prepared to work at a level that challenges you, then you will do well with us

Is this a weight loss programme? Is it suitable for someone looking to lose a substantial amount of weight?

Our programme is focused on long term health and fitness and whilst weight loss plays a big part for many of our members it is not the main focus

If you are just looking for weight loss, or you have a substantial amount of weight you would like to lose we suggest looking at a more appropriate programme that is weight loss focused
