WHO is this for?

Our 4 Week Online Blitz is ideal if you are motivated to get into better shape and 1 or more of these apply to you…

a.) you dont like gyms.

b.) you are short on time.

c.) you prefer to train alone / at home / in hotels for work etc.

How long are the workouts and how many are there?

There are 4 workouts you can complete each week and they can be as short as 4 to 6 minutes, but you can extend them to 20+ minutes.

You will also receive nutritional advice and supportive messages.

When does it start and how is the programme delivered?

Your 4 weeks starts once you initiate the sequence and it can be done at any time of year.

On completion of the programme you will get a copy to keep a full copy.

Your messages are all delivered via ‘Facebook messenger’ so you will need this in place to access the programme.

Do I need an internet connection to do the programme?

You will need an internet connection for full functionality, however if you are going to be somewhere with little or no internet, you can download your workouts and PDF’s and take them with you.

The downloading feature will work on a mac/pc, but not on all tablets/smart phones, so we suggest you check first and get your downloads done ahead of time.

Is this suitable for beginners as I haven't exercised for a while?

Many of our blitzers are concerned that they are not fit enough to start, however everyone has to start somewhere.

As long as you are consistent and move through the programme at a level that works for you, then you will look and feel much fitter and stronger by the end.

Overall if you are motivated and prepared to work at a level that challenges you, then you will do well.

Is this a weight loss programme? Is it suitable for someone looking to lose a substantial amount of weight?

Our programme is focused on laying the foundation for long term health and fitness and whilst weight loss plays a big part for many of our members it is not the only focus.

If you are just looking for weight loss, or you have a substantial amount of weight you would like to lose we suggest looking at a more appropriate programme that is weight loss focused first.
